Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be enchanted with your purchase from Hexed and Hearsed. If something doesn't vibe with your dark little heart, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility Window

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags/packaging intact.

Refunds

All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.

Any items returned that are not eligible will be discarded and your return gift card amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Once your return is received, accepted, and inspected, we'll issue a refund within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Again, refunds will be issued in store credit via digital gift card.

What Can't Be Returned

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Masks
  • Jewelry
  • Ritual items (for spiritual hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

We Reserve The Right To Refuse Items If

  • Items are in poor condition and can't be resold
  • Original tags are missing
  • The condition of the item does not match the buyer's declaration
  • The buyer has a history of frequent returns

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Pictures of the product MUST be uploaded as part of the inspection. If approved, we'll send instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Need a different size or want to swap for another item? Let us know—we're happy to help if the item is in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived broken, cursed, or otherwise not as expected, contact us IMMEDIATELY—no later than the first business day after delivery.

Claims

Delivery Issues

Any claims regarding delivery problems (e.g., damaged parcels, missing products) must be reported immediately—no later than the first business day after delivery.

Item Defects

Claims regarding product conformity (e.g., type, quality) must be submitted as soon as possible, along with clear photos of the defects for our quality check department to review.

We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
