Processing Time
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of your order. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our crypt.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales, or special promotions. We'll keep you updated if there are any delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer the following shipping options:

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
International shipping will be available soon. Join our newsletter to be notified when we expand our shipping destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately—no later than the first business day after the expected delivery date.
For damaged packages, please take photos of the packaging and items before contacting us. This helps us process your claim quickly.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.
Important: We can only update addresses before your order ships. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses, and some express shipping options may not be available.
Customs & Duties
For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
